Hi Melinda, it is very thoughtful of Ann to return to her point of origin and encourage others to live their dreams. I hope she is well received.
Melinda--Thanks for the scoop about Ann. I didn't know her roots, but I love following her on the Today show and other specials she has done.
Melinda, I just find Ann Curry to be one of the most impressive women out there. I hope you are able to hear her speak and lucky for those who get to!
Melinda ~ I remember when Ann Curry was a newbie reporter at KGW TV in Portland years ago .... now she's grown into a respected TV journalist and anchor. Nice that she's returning to her roots for the commencement address!
