33rd Annual Rod & Custom Show - Central Point Oregon. Over 100 car enthusiasts will display their cherished hot rod cars at the 33rd Annual Rod & Custom Show in Central Point Oregon, Feb. 20 and 21, at the Jackson County Expo.

The Rogue Valley Street Rods will host the event featuring custom cars, hot rods and specialty vehicles from all over the Northwest, including California. Some of the cars are valued at $500,000. The 33rd Annual Rod & Custom Show is expected to draw 7,000 to 8,000 spectators to the event.
Ten prizes will be awarded at the show to the following: Best of Show, People's Choice, Best Individual Display, Best Club Display, Mayor's Choice, Participants' Choice (first and second place), Long Distance, Best Motorcycle and the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center Choice.
Proceeds from the event will benefit local children who have been diagnosed with developmental diseases and disabilities and those who are served by the Child Development and Rehabilitation Center of Oregon Health and Science University.
Since 1983, the Rogue Valley Streed Rod club has donated proceeds from the show exclusively to CDRC. Last year the show raised $31,500 for CDRC through donations and ticket sales. The money has been used to purchase wheelchairs, vehicle modifications for wheelchair lifts, special therapies and other services.

Melinda, I love car shows like this...and what a great way to contribute to a good cause.
Melinda, I LOVE old car shows and the way people loving restore them! I used to go more often then I do now but I always have a wonderful time!
Here in Sacramento, I often go to the Autorama, which has all kinds of old cars, which have been restored or customized. I love this kind of stuff.
Thanks for commenting everyone! I have an old 55' Chrysler that I am looking to restore :)
