Southern Oregon Living: Sunday Morning - Rain is Falling!

Sunday Morning - Rain is Falling!

Sunday Morning - Rain is Falling! One of my favorite songs by Maroon 5.  There is nothing like a Sunday morning, when the rain is falling, and there is nothing else to do but cuddle up to a warm fire with a good book.  Especially after a yummy breakfast consisting of whole wheat waffles topped with almonds, powdered sugar and some Trader Joe's maple syrup.

Sunday Morning - Rain is Falling!

I love Sundays.  It's a day for reflection and thankfulness.  It's a day of rest and relaxation.  It's a day where families gather together and worship their Creator.  It's a day that starts the beginning of another fabulous week!  Enjoy your Sunday everyone and have a great week!

Melinda - I must admit that I was slower getting out of bed this morning!  But, I'm ready for a break in the storm door that has been relentless in our area!  We had a few hours of sun break through the clouds yesterday afternoon, and you could see it translate into more cheerful spirits among Sacramento natives:-)

Very appropriate picture.  You can warm us all up with the fire.  With our temperatures in the low 60s during the day and low 50s and night, this helps.

Melinda, It was raining here today, too. We rolled up with a good comedian on the tv...much different than the homey picture you painted here!

Melinda,

I have to agree...a warm fire on a lazy day is awesome!
