How do you feel about the direction of the market. Are you still seeing alot of out of state buyers?

Hi Jena ~ I am always optimistic, but I am also a realist. I went through the whole repo thing in SoCal in the early 90's. I think the economic crisis we are facing now, definitely trumps the 90's. I don't think we have seen the end of this for awhile, but I remain hopeful. As for buyers from out of state, many of them are holding off on retirement and are putting the brakes on looking right now. Mostly of what is selling is entry level homes under $200K. Those of us who are able to reduce our expenses and limit our spending will survive :)
