Ponder, Ponder, Way Out Yonder! Do you ever feel like an island with your thoughts? Totally out there... with no one else in sight? I hope (for my sake) a few of you are shaking your heads yes!
I don't know where my wacky thoughts come from... but they come all hours of the day and night. I remember a crazy story I wrote in a creative writing class in the 8th grade... about aliens invading a laundry mat and doing a panty raid. I know I shocked the heck out of my teacher, Mr. Nolet, who probably wondered how that story originated from my noodle. I wondered too. Yet, Mr. Nolet was always complimentary and encouraged me to write, none the less. He was the instrumental reason for my love for writing, and some 35+ years later, blogging simply became the vehicle for my thoughts.
I really don't like blogging just about real estate. Being the owner and Principal Broker of my own real estate office, I eat, sleep and breath it every day. So, I'd rather my thoughts take me to some 'other' place. I look for the funny, unusual, crazy and unbelievable events in each day, and I let my mind go there. And when it does, the unexpected flows onto the page and takes me way out yonder. It's fun and unpredictable, and I like fun and unpredictable.
Why am I sharing these thoughts with you today? Perhaps there are others out there in the blogging hemisphere who ponder, ponder, way out yonder like I do. I'd love to know... I'd love to hear... and I'd love for you to share your most crazy thoughts with me, without fear of judgment, but with a bit of wit and wonderment ;) And, perhaps a whole lot of giggles too! Isn't that the stuff that life is made of?! Blogging doesn't have to be boring... and we don't have to be serious all the time. Let your imagination run free... you might surprise yourself... and a few others along the way. I know I have ;)
