Oh Happy Day! Today, I will be making the trek (by car) from LA back to Oregon. I am not happy about the 10+ hour drive. Nor am I happy having to say good-bye to my family and my little grand-baby. Although, I am very grateful I was able to spend a week with family and friends in sunny Southern California.
I have something else to be happy about today. Out of the 6 short sales I currently have in escrow, one finally closed escrow today and another got accepted by the lender. Oh Happy Day! So today, I will be singing for 10+ hours all the way home to Grants Pass, Oregon. I hope it's still legal to sing and drive at the same time in Cali :)
