My Cutie Patootie! Isn't she adorable?! This grandma thinks so. I'm in Southern California visiting this little ballerina. And when she saw me, she said "GG's here!"
Don't ya know... the minute I say I'm leaving town... my phone starts ringing off the hook. I closed a deal, got an offer on one of my listings, received two referrals, got a new listing and referred a $450K buyer to one of my agents. Yowsa! I'm going out of town more often!
