Putting away personal family photos, re-arranging furniture to better fit the space, and special attention to curb appeal are just a few staging ideas that are suggested. The ultimate goal is to create a beautiful and inviting space that will grab the attention of all potential buyers.

The 2nd picture was taken by Staging Expert and Realtor, Melinda Peterson, after re-arranging a few pieces of furniture and taking the picture from a different angle. What a difference, huh? After this home received a new face lift of pictures, it sold for full price in just 42 days on the market.
