Grants Pass Real Estate Franchise Retires - Coldwell Banker Doran Taylor, Inc. It's a sad day in the real estate world, when a major real estate franchise closes it's doors. This week, we learned that one such Grants Pass Real Estate Franchise, Coldwell Banker Doran Taylor, Inc., has decided to call it quits. The Doran Taylor family founded the company that has been helping people buy and sell real estate in the Grants Pass and Rogue Valley area for the past 59 years.
It is said that the family owned and operated franchise is closing it's doors because the owners are retiring. Perhaps the current economy had something to do with the closure as well. Regardless of speculation, the remaining 15 Realtors at Coldwell Banker Doran Taylor, Inc. have been invited to join another Grants Pass real estate franchise, RE/MAX Ideal Brokers, Inc. It will be interesting to see how the two marry their ideals in the coming days.
