Creating Relationships of Land and Life!

Creating Relationships of Land and Life!  It's my personal mantra and my office motto.  Last week, the words of that motto personally came to life in Washington DC, as I enjoyed a sense of camaraderie with my fellow Oregonians on a trip to NAR's Mid-Year Legislative Conference.  My traveling companions included two men and a total of six women... outnumbering the men 3 to 1 (which they didn't seem to mind).

Creating Relationships of Land and Life!

We walked many miles together, we attended numerous meetings together, we did the touristy thing together, we cried together, we dined together, we partied together and some of us even danced together ;)  There were pockets full of conversation, including lively debates and a whole host of laughable moments.  The energy, in and outside the room, was warm, inviting, engaging and simply fantastic.  I have to say, it was one of the best and most exhausting trips I've made.  You were a lively bunch and I will remember every moment with a huge smile.

New friendships were born, valueable partnerships were created and many budding alliances were formed as a result of our trip to Washington DC.  May each one of us hold on to the fire that ignited there, and let it shine boldly for others to see in the coming days, months and year.  Be blessed my ducky friends!  You're all a bunch of quacks, but I love ya... mean it... bye now!
