Okay, so I might possess a little more serotonin than the average gal... at least that's what a certain Rainer tells me. Ha! Perhaps I do! But I'd like to think it has more to do with my attitude and the decisions I consciously make to be happy. I love life and all it's glorious moments, including the good, the bad and the ugly. Life is but a teacher and I'm its pupil. When you look at it that way, it's hard not to notice the glass is half full.
I'm not saying that I haven't had some pretty awful things happen in my life... I have. I'm just saying that I choose to rise above them and not be a victim to them. It's a choice. Every single day we can choose to make lemonade with life's lemons, or we can choose to suck down the sour flavor of the fruit... I choose sweet over sour. What's your choice?
